Roofers/Roofer Trainers and Laborers
Job Duties:
- Complete the initial safety and technical training on-boarding
- Demolition and removal of existing roofing material
- Loading and unloading roofing material and equipment
- Assisting the production crew with laying out material as needed
- Learning the basic technical details of various roof systems
- Maintaining a clean and safe work site
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in roofing or construction preferred, but all applications will be considered
- OSHA 10-hour in Construction Required
- Must have license and reliable transportation
